We had an amazing experience at Urban Spa! We were surprised by how warm and welcoming everyone was. Jenny and team are professionals. They are highly knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Rose and David were amazing therapists to us! We look forward to going there again.

Booked a spa day for my friend and Me as a anniversary of our long term friendship. We both really enjoyed our day, from the min we walked into the Urban Spa place. We where greeted with a welcome drink and talked through the process of the treatment. The treatment was good and relaxing I definitely would go back and would recommend it to everyone, who is looking for relaxing spa day in the heart of Singapore. Thank to Jenny and the team of Urban Spa 👍😊

My boyfriend and I had a great time at the Urban Spa! We feel like new people after this massage! It was very deep, I am a professional dancer and I am always in pain, this massage was exceptional! I reccomend

WOW! The best massage we ever had! My partner and I both had massages with Qiqi and it was seriously the most amazing experience. She worked on our knots and somehow was both gentle and deep at the same time. He says he feels 2 inches taller! I also had an amazing facial as well. Jenny is the most warm and wise and funny person, she makes us love to be back and become regulars here!

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting this spa, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities are top-notch, complemented perfectly by their professional and welcoming staff. I was particularly taken with the sauna and cold plunge – a rejuvenating combination that invigorated both body and mind. Moreover, they've thought of every little detail, ensuring all necessities are on hand for a seamless spa experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape.

Highly recommended to visit Urban Spa! Have never been to such a nice place after so long! This is definitely the place you should visit if you're looking for a great massage place! I've booked a session on my boyfriend's birthday, Elva is very nice and friendly and kept following up with me on my visit. She even initiated to decorate the room for me! Two thumbs up for the service! 👍 Upon visiting the spa, Jenny over the counter is also very nice and knowledgeable, she patiently described the types of massage to us for our selection. Winter is my massage therapist and she has also done a good job! 😊 Overall, thanks Urban Spa for the great experience! Well done! 👏

My experience with Urban Spa (twice so far) is superb. I’m usually sensitive to pain so I go for full body massage only when I need to. Their Swedish massage is a mostly pain-free, comfortable process (no hard, unnecessary pressing), yet resulting effects were great - my dull aches were gone by the end of the service. Pleasant folks as well. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Particularly good massage today. The masseuse really focused on the points that were painful instead of trying to attempt to cover the whole body, which I wanted. She managed to release a lot of the tension accumulated in the neck and shoulder. Hopefully it will allow me to prevent a migraine I could feel coming. Thank you!
